Vispa d\u00e4refter ned fiberhusk och salt och l\u00e5t smeten st\u00e5 en stund och sv\u00e4lla.<\/p>\n<p>Stek pl\u00e4ttarna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i rikligt med sm\u00f6r och v\u00e4nd n\u00e4r pannkakan \u00e4r helt torr p\u00e5 ytan. Ju l\u00e4ngre smeten f\u00e5r st\u00e5 och sv\u00e4lla desto tjockare blir den och den kan d\u00e5 bli lite sv\u00e5r att f\u00e5 ut i pannan &#8211; det brukar g\u00e5 att f\u00e5 ut smeten i pannan om man skakar den stund.\u00a0 Detta recept ger ca 10-15 pl\u00e4ttar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4t med valfria tillbeh\u00f6r som till exempel vispgr\u00e4dde eller keso.
