Man b\u00f6rjar med att avvattna auberginerna med salt. Rej\u00e4lt med salt tills de svettats av sig lite vatten. D\u00e4refter sk\u00f6lja rent, torka av och sedan h\u00e4lla p\u00e5 olivolja. D\u00e4refter grilla, steka eller ugnsgrilla dem tills de blir mjuka. <\/p>\n<p>Sedan ut i en form, varva med tomatskivor, spenat och marinerade vitl\u00f6ksklyftor om du gillar det. Du kan g\u00f6ra en lasagne av detta ocks\u00e5, d\u00e5 beh\u00f6vs f\u00e4rska lasagneplattor ocks\u00e5 men de ing\u00e5r ju i rpps och funkar inte f\u00f6r oss.
