Kul att se att \u00e4ven de fattar nackdelarna med vitt mj\u00f6l&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e5d f\u00f6r en riktigt fin gyllenbrun solbr\u00e4nna:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undvik att \u00e4ta mat som skapar inflammationer (br\u00e4nnskador) s\u00e5som vitt mj\u00f6l, vitt socker, tillsats\u00e4mnen och d\u00e5liga fetter.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4t mat som \u00e4r rik p\u00e5 antioxidanter (skyddar mot rodnader). Det betyder mat med mycket f\u00e4rger som gr\u00f6nt, orange, bl\u00e5tt, r\u00f6tt.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4t mat som inneh\u00e5ller naturliga fettsyror som lax och annan fet fisk, n\u00f6tter, avokado, oliver, kokos etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ta extra zink, selen, betakaroten, D-vitamin, B6, lykopen, om du vill f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka effekten.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ocks\u00e5 fiskolja och j\u00e4ttenattljusolja, s\u00e5 skimrar huden lite extra.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en t-shirt mitt p\u00e5 dagen och var m\u00e5ttfull med solskyddsmedel som kan inneh\u00e5lla m\u00e5nga skadliga \u00e4mnen.<\/li>\n<li>Sola med f\u00f6rst\u00e5nd och njut av skugga och svalkande bad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00f6ljande r\u00e5d fick jag via min sk\u00f6ldk\u00f6rtellista, thyroid.se, fr\u00e5n en medlem som f\u00e5tt r\u00e5den av kostterapeuten Johanna Falk.
