Sk\u00e4r auberginerna i skivor och l\u00e4gg dom p\u00e5 ett fat. Str\u00f6 salt \u00f6ver dom och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 ca 30 minuter. Sk\u00f6lj av och klappa dem torra.<br \/>\n2. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 olivolja och l\u00e5t det sugas upp av auberginerna. Stek i stekpanna eller grilla tills de \u00e4r gyllenbruna p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<br \/>\n3. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ll spenaten i kokande vatten i 10 sekunder och l\u00e5t rinna av.<br \/>\n4. Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsfast form.<br \/>\n5. L\u00e4gg ett lager pastaplattor (anv\u00e4nd stora f\u00e4rska) i formen och t\u00e4ck med skivade tomater, basilika, oregano, aubergine (\u00e4ggplanta) och spenat.<br \/>\n6. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver hyvlad parmesanost och riven mozzarellaost.<br \/>\n7. Varva resten av ingredienserna.<br \/>\n8. Det \u00f6versta lagret ska vara ost och f\u00e4rsk oregano samt tomat.<br \/>\n9.
