Frukt har grymt mycket snabbt fruktsocker och \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r n\u00e5got vi undviker. Det LCHF-<del>hatare<\/del>skeptiker s\u00e4ger \u00e4r allts\u00e5 att vi m\u00e5ste \u00e4ta frukt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i oss vitaminer, mineraler och fibrer.<\/p>\n<p>Innan ni kollar tabellen vill jag \u00e5terigen s\u00e4ga att vi nu \u00e4ter n\u00e4stan en halv tallrik f\u00e4rska gr\u00f6nsaker per middag, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r en tredjedel gr\u00f6nsaker, en tredjedel rpps* och en tredjedel protein. Vi \u00e4ter bara f\u00e4rska gr\u00f6nsaker, inget frystorkat eller konserverat. Vi \u00e4ter mycket r\u00e5a gr\u00f6nsaker ocks\u00e5, men ocks\u00e5 mycket kokta och i grat\u00e4ng.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att ge er ett konkret exempel p\u00e5 en frukt som m\u00e5nga \u00e4ter mycket av, <strong>BANAN<\/strong>, och j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med en gr\u00f6nsak som vi \u00e4ter mycket av, <strong>AVOKADO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Obs!
